Celebration Channel
We had a "Celebration channel" where you could go there and say something nice that happened to you and you want to share… It was funny and a good ice breaker when you wanted to
Lunch & Learn
Also the "Lunch and learn" events were nice.. some ppl had 3 or 4 powerpoints to teach anything at all that you could join during your lunch
Lunch Partners
also a channel to find lunch partners.. so we wrote a program that would match you with a random person to have a call at lunch time. We took TZ into consideration for this
Senior Streaming
Another good practice? Specially senior ppl in the team invited others in the channel to "pair programming".. in fact .. it was more like: "hey, I need to fix X who want to join in?"

I read Matthieu saying "I'll update the ModuleType" thousands of time yet I don't know how to do it. This is the kind of thing that he might do in a blink of an eye and would be very nice for the team to see/learn about it
Help it was also common to have ppl asking for help ..
which I don't see here much. For example, all new hires asked "Hey, someone can hop in a call to help me understand how to fire up the test suite?"
