33cdd712a4 create /doc, move GUIDE, update README, CONTRIBUTING and old GUIDE
create a new directory for documentation
move the GUIDE to this directory
convert the GUIDE in the old location to a pointer to the new file
update link to GUIDE in README
update CONTRIBUTING with a section about documentation

4695092b7a Include instruction for installing package name
In my opinion, most newbie wants to know if they can [install a package
using `stack`](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31030438/how-to-install-a-package-using-stack).
And adding that in README is essential IMO.
