I am trying to understand precisely what is going on.
From what I could gather, it appears the logs from the other email thread
are in fact irrelevant to solving the issue.

From what I understand, you want SecureX user with a SecureX APJC account
to enable the ribbon in SCI.
SCI has a single worldwide region US.

Understand that to "connect the ribbon" you must have an OAuth2 client in
the SecureX region of the user.
So for the OAuth2 flow to be completed and the ribbon to be activated, SCI
must generate a URL that would look like this:

<URL_OF_VISIBILY_FOR_REGION>/iroh/oauth2/authorize?client_id=<CLIENT_ID_IN_REGION>...

So for SCI to connect the ribbon from any region, SCI must have:

1. one SecureX OAuth2 client per region
2. Ask the user what is the region of his/her SecureX account
3. Depending on the selected region, SCI must generate a different URL
4. When the user will click on the URL, an OAuth2 flow is initiated, and
   if successful, the user should come back to SCI with enough info to
   connect the ribbon (retrieve the refresh token).

From what I am reading, it appears, SCI only has a single client for NAM.

So if I am right, the amount of work to solve the issue is non-trivial.
