Have an agenda, do not improvise.
Share the agenda via a doc.
Write down EVERYTHING.
Encourage them to add to it before your 1:1.

** Follow common Agenda, things to talk about (20min)

- When x happened, what will you do differently next time?
- Have you identified any career development opportunities that I can help
you with?
** End of meeting (digging questions) (5min)
- How can I make your life better?
- Don't forget to let the shared doc open to add any topic for next 1:1.
